Return & Refund Policy
14-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Mia Princess, that's why we offer a 14-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 14 days from the delivery date. Pls contact us when decide to return or exchange.
Once customer's return or exchange request approved, we'll send our warehouse address.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will NOT be accepted..
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
When it comes to exchange, customers will need to take over the exchange shipping fee (Shipping fee will depend on the area of the address) under the following circumstances.
- Customer ordered the wrong size.
- Customer does not like the item in person.
MiaPrincess will reimburse customer a coupon of $10 as the return shipping fee under the following circumstances.
- Customer received the wrong item.
- The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact MiaPrincess within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
How to Return
- Please contact Customer Service, email us at service@MiaPrincess.com indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) securely with the original packaging.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
* Refund is calculated according to the actual amount paid, in the cases of discount code usage and sales.
Before Returns You Need to Know
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Regarding free shipping items, extra restocking fee 10% of items price will be charged for each refund item. The freight charges of shipping the dress back will be also borne by you, so please tripe check your measurement and color before placing the order.
The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Please Note:
* If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact us to get an authorization.
* The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
To be eligible, please make sure that:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list, which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Order Cancellation
* Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the items. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours after the order was placed, there would be no cancellation fee. If the cancellation is over 24 hours after order was placed, there would be a 30% cancellation fee. If the package has already been sent, you will not be able to cancel the order.
